Camp Plans

Here is the drawing of the new camp!  We are thrilled!  It'll have 4 bedrooms, a loft, 2 bathrooms and 2 porches!  We can't wait to spend family time here!

 We are so excited about all the new improvements going on at the 604!  The double wide was sold, the dirt work is done, and the new camp is underway!  The posts went in yesterday!

We have so much fun at the camp.  The guys like doing all the dirty work, get the tractor stuck, and riding 4-wheelers.  I had the greatest idea to bring the egg dyeing supplies out to the camp because it just doesn't matter if a mess was made...cue me not being uptight!  It was glorious!

Henry dunked his entire hand in each cup of color...I wasn't phased.

Neil shot the bobcat that has been lurking around hurting the fawns.  Way to go, Neil!

Bedrooms

We had a work day a couple weekends ago.  Neil, Richard, Janine, Lindsey, Andrew, and James all worked very hard to get the bedrooms situated.  Now, all the beds have bedding!

Camp Clean-Up

We had a little impromptu clean-up day at the 604 Hunting club last week.  The guys have just dropped off furniture, dishes, and other goods and not really placed it any where.  Luckily, Rebecca and Lindsey arrived and made the place look 90% better in a matter of minutes.  The fellows were very eager to jump in and get things going.

The Deck is built!

A few members of the club built a 16x28 foot deck across the front of the mobile palace. Neil, Green, Richard, Scott, and James all took part in building it. It only took about 8 hours and a couple of disgruntled wives to build!

Double Wide Delivered!

The 604 Hunting Club D-wide is delivered!  This wide load is a beauty!

New Camp!

Neil has been working really hard to get some type of structure out at the camp.  It finally happened!  We went out to look at it on Friday.  This fancy, 1979, double-wide will be making it's way to the 604 hunting club this week!

Chad killed the first buck at the 604 Hunting Club today!  Way to go, Chad!  He killed a doe 20 minutes after he short this guy.  We will frame this and put it on the wall of the imaginary hunting camp!

Welcome!

The 604 hunting club is great piece of land where we will hunt and enjoy our familes. Pictures of the progression of the "camp" coming soon!

People keep asking "why 604?" Well, that is the number of acres we have at the camp.
